19 - Videos on YouTube

This week I started putting videos on YouTube. The videos show me showing you how to play guitar. I've done a video with the chords and the other three show you how to play three different song. I started doing it because in a few years time I would like to be able to look back at the videos and see how much I've improved. My guitar teacher said that he thought it was good and he liked it. I hope that as many people listen to my podcast watch my video because a lot of people listen.

18 - I Went to Reading

This week I went to my mum and dad's friends house that live in Reading. When we arrived we went to this massive park and me, my dad and his friend played this game with a tennis ball where one time you have to catch it with your left hand and the other your right hand. The park was next to a Pond where there was a duck with lots of ducklings that were swimming . After we went to an Indian restaurant which was good.

17 - Yorkshire

This week I went on a trip to Yorkshire with my parents to see my grandma and grandpa  that live on a hill with lots of gardens and they have a quad bike that you can drive on the hills and it's really fun. They also have an X box with the kinect and it's really good and works really well. Once when I was playing on the X Box with my dad we were playing a running game and you had to run on the spot and while we were playing my dad hurt his foot and had to stop. We went to Betty's and my mum and dad liked it but I didn't because it was really busy and you had to wait for ages for them to bring you what you ordered.

16 - Golf

Today I went to a golf course with my dad. WE had to wait about twenty minutes before we could play because other people were playing. It was a quite hard course and I played quite well but my dad beat me but only by a few points. On the third fourth and sixth holes we had to wait a while because of the people infront of us. I did well on the first holes but the middle and last holes were hard and I didn't do that well. One time when the ball was on the plastic tee I hit it so hard that the tee bent and the ball wouldn't balance on it any more and someone behind us gave me two tees so I could play. My best score was 7 and my worst was 12. I might go tomorrow as well to play golf with my dad.

15 - We won the quiz

On Tuesday I went to a quiz in Aberdare with some other kids from my school and we took part in a quiz against other schools. My school had two teams. My team came first because I knew a few answers that were asking what is the meaning of the word  and the words had greek roots. The other team came last. My team is going to Weston-super-mare in England to try and beat the other teams that won. If we win that round we will go to Oxford for the final which will be on TV.

14 - I broke my finger

On Thursday I broke my finger at school. I was running and someone tripped me up and I flew for a bit then fell and landed on my finger. After school I went to the hospital and they did an X-Ray on my fingers and they said it was broken. The next day I went to a orthopedist at eleven and they told me I didn't have to go to school before I go to the Orthopedist. The orthopedist told me I need to try and move my finger or to put it in a bowl of hot water and move it.

13 - The Athletics tournament

On Tuesday I went to an athletics course with my school against other schools.
At the start we did lots of different running races and we won them all!
Then we did the long jump and I didn't do very well but one of my friends jumped the further than everyone else in my school.
At the javelin I did pretty well and someone from my school threw it a long way.
We also did a heavy ball throw and I was second best out of everyone on that day and the best was from my school as well.
